Hiland Basketball Hosting Sport City Clinic

UPDATED- Basketball Homecoming TIME CHANGE

Hawks basketball homecoming ceremony will be this Saturday evening. The team will start at Burger King approximately 3:30pm (originally 5pm), parade through town and conclude at the Perry Reese Center. A brief ceremony will happen afterwards. All are welcome to attend. Please consider coming out to show your support!! GO HAWKS!

Tonight’s win over the Peebles Indians (63-31), the Hawks punch their ticket to the Final Four in the Schottenstein Center on Thursday, March 22nd at 10:45am against Willoughby Cornerstone Christian in Division 4. The winner advances to the championship game on Saturday, March 24th in the 10:45am game. Look for presale ticket information sometime Sunday

Girls Basketball Awards Banquet 3/21

Lady Hawks basketball will have their awards ceremony on Wednesday evening, March 21st, 6:30pm in the Hiland Auditorium. All are welcome to attend as players receive recognition for their achievements through the season. There will be food available in the cafeteria after the awards presentation. Boys Regional Final (3/16) Info

With last night’s victory over Fairfield Christian, the Hawks move on to Friday’s (3/16), 7:00PM Regional Final game at Ohio University. Presale tickets are available during school hours in the Hiland Athletic Office. Presale tickets will be sold until Friday NOON. All presale at $7.00; $8.00 at the door.

During the Division 3 Girls basketball Sectional Semi-Final game last night, Morgan McMillen reaches the 1,000 point threshold! Congrats Morgan!

The New Inter Valley Conference

Beginning with the 2017-2018 school year, the Inter Valley Conference (IVC) has a new look! Along with the previous nine schools, Buckeye Trail, Claymont, Conotton Valley, Indian Valley and Tuscarawas (Tusky) Valley were added to the IVC League. With 14 schools, the IVC is arranged into two divisions – North and South: North Division schools:

Boys D4 Basketball Tournament Info

From yesterday’s tournament seeding, Hiland boys basketball picks up the 2nd seed in this year’s OHSAA Division 4 basketball tournament. Hiland’s first sectional game is on Tuesday, February 27th, 7pm in the Perry Reese Community Center. Hawks will take on Newcomerstown this night. The winner of this game moves on to the Sectional Final game
